James has worked in the kitchens at some of the best restaurants in New York. He has headed culinary teams and run logistics for a multi-unit hospitality company. Prior to that James worked R&D for El Bulli in Spain

Zoe grew up in restaurants, cutting her teeth at the first iteration of Mandy's in Montreal. She has been a part of multiple launches over the years. Her purview at Gamma covers brand storytelling, 3P content outsourcing, development and workflow scheduling.
